Hello again blog. Had Diva 300 today and have to decide on which internships to apply for. Some of the partners have interesting projects but I’m hoping that the position I get offered that makes me think ‘wow’ that was invaluable.

So this is the last day of class, and I’m hoping my Max patch doesn’t blow up or isn’t a total embarrassment. I don’t feel like I have enough of a grasp of it to do anything interesting or fun. I tried to get a neat duotone and rotation happening, but the image is a very strange color and vibrating instead. Maybe if I pretend that’s how it’s suppose to look and rationalize it….

The CAG has Henrik Hakansson’s flying bugs. I’ll go check them out since I’ll have so much more time now!! Happy Holidays to everyone, and I hope we all still keep blogging. It’s been very interesting.

I’m going on the New York trip in Feb. ..to get inspired and eat hot dogs. Anyone else going?

So HERE is the Final Resting Place of my Installation…in the Photo Stairwell.

It’s that time of year again to face your fears and carry on, and to celebrate the circle of life and death. The Parade of the Lost Souls and Illuminares Lantern festival was last night. The Public Dreams society lists all their upcoming events.

It was my birthday last week. I am officially not any older…at this age I can decide that. When I was born, my parents brought me home on Halloween…when I was about 10, I dreamed of becoming a witch (Wicca of course)…until one night something was scratching it’s nails across my window…repetitively. You have to understand that my window was too high to reach unless you had a ladder. I was so freaked I was frozen in bed, couldn’t move, couldn’t scream. All I could think of was that I had effectively called the witches, and I was either to become part of their brethren or else I would be sacrificed along with the eye of newt. The next morning I checked outside the window, but no sign of anything. This event still disturbs me….Oh, and sometimes I see things and feel things that shouldn’t be there. That’s a whole other discussion though.

Ok, I rarely get to watch tv, but there was something on Kelly and Regis about extreme pumpkin carving and also if you are looking for last minute Halloween costumes! OMG!
